My Story
My quest into herbals was a simple trip through my yard. There I was, staring at all the “weeds” wondering what I should do about them. I ripped up a cluster of and did a quick internet search for an ID. Up pops a link to make a salve with it. The “weed” in question: Dead Nettle.
And then I went down the rabbit hole.
I’m running around my yard searching herbal remedies for every plant I find. It’s all I’m talking about to my family. My daughter is calling me hippie, my husband just nods his head and gives me the side eye. I’ve bought books, read blogs, watched videos. Everywhere we go I’m rummaging through the weeds looking for good stuff. I had my husband build me a dedicated herb garden raised bed. This year I’m converting one of my large veggie beds to herbs. I’m hooked.
I started collecting and drying plants and herbs from my yard. It’s amazing what you find growing right under your feet. The majority of all of my herbs come from my yard. I make my own oil infusions and use those oils to make my salves, balms, lotions, creams and other cosmetics. Products are made in small batches to preserve shelf life and most are made to order.
I hope you enjoy my products as much as I do. I welcome any and all feedback. Thanks for taking this journey with me.

Salves & Balms
Salves and balms typically are a combination of herbal infused oils and beeswax. They are soft and easily spreadable. Great for helping improve and heal skin conditions or soothe aches and pains.
Some of my favorite plants for infusion are plantain, comfrey, calendula, chamomile, lemon balm, violets, and roses. They each have their own healing properties and combining them in different ways can create a super base for healing and soothing what ails you.

Body butter is a wonderful whipped lotion that provides long lasting moisture and smoothness to any part of the body. This is especially nice for those pregnant and wanting to reduce stretch marks. A great blend of chamomile, calendula, comfrey, violet, plantain, lemon balm, and goldenrod infused in Grapeseed, Sunflower, and Sweet Almond oils. Cocoa and Shea butters keep your skin soft and supple and a touch of Rosehip Seed Oil helps to improve damaged skin

Lip Care
Taking care of your lips is so important. Everyone knows how painful cracked, sore lips can be. Protect them with these great lip balms. Some are designed to provide extra moisture and I even have ones that help prevent and heal cold sores. They are available in tins and tubes.
And lets not forget making them pretty!. Lip gloss provides a beautiful sheen with a hint of color.
